Portal:Ft Hood 2016-2017 Men/Intro

With good support from MWR, Ft Hood lucked into a roster of interested players and we're able to complete a season. Although we never fielded the same 15 for any of the games, the boys were able to finish 3rd in our Division. The most successful story from this year is USA Rugby's compromise on CIPP. We had 47 players CIPP'd, of which half of them maybe saw one game before military commitments. We were able to move unused CIPP numbers to newly arriving, or unCIPP'd players.
