Combined Services Handbooks

These Handbooks served as a compilation of the History, Leadership and team contacts for the Military rugby community since the Combined Services Committee began its organizational push and drive to the goal of DoD recognition of our sport. Published by the editor of the Combined Services Newsletter [[1]] these Handbooks were printed and distributed to all ruggers listed in the contact list, as well as individuals in leadership positions that would assist in our goal of DoD recognition.
