Teams were placed into 3 team pools (8 pools) and the Cup and Plate divisions were as below. There was a boot division for the tail end teams, but it lost interest as Sunday approached. Davis Monthan did defeat 19 Palms 14-13, and 3/6 Defeated Ft Bliss 16-0, but they did not play off (Ft Campbell, Cherry Point, ORCAS and Ft Leonard Wood also took part in this tournament)
