Camp Lejeune Rugby Football Club
The Camp Lejeune Rugby Football Club was founded in 1973 by a Royal Marine exchange officer, Duncan Christie-Miller, with the help of local marines, Tom Shwver (JAG officer) and Wheels Wheeler who 6 months later help found the New River RFC.
