In the Taiwan trip we had trip rules in effect. If you were outside, then you needed to wear a hat or pay the fine toward the beer for the party.
In the red, white and blue jersey to the left of Ed Hutsell is Marine Officer Paul "PJ" Blumberg (or possibly Blemberg). Great hooker and first out of the scrum to go after the backfield and make lots of tackles. We used to try and one up each other with descriptions of events using the most stilted high English. He went on to San Diego to play rugby there
