Inaugural match to be over President's Day weekend, 13-14 January in San Antonio vs Texas RFU select side at the Battle of the Alamo. They were also scheduled to play two other matches. Head coach Craig Baltz had about 40 women on the roster. CS Women's Committee Director Cyndi Green initiated the effort. Click here for 1996 Letter From Referee

Per USA Rugby flyer:

"The CS Women have decided to not participate in the Military Rugby Championship to be held 4,5 May at Ft Benning as they have been tentatively invited to participate in matches against a new England Junior Select side in June. That venue may also include a match with the Canadian women's Juniors team"
