Gp 3 - USUHS Camp Pendleton, Eglin AFB, Ft Bragg, Ft Rucker
Gp 4 - Ft Benning, Whiteman AFB, Ft Polk, Scott AFB, Panama
In the OPEN division
Grp 1 - President's XV, DOC, Gulf Coast
Grp 2 - Exiles, Ft Hood, Cherry Point
There were 12 teams entered into the pre-tournament sevens tournament and Ft Benning beat Ft Bragg for the Sevens championship
