Combined Services

Introduction

The Combined Services initiative began in earnest in 1979 with the initiation of a '''''Combined Services Newsletter''''' and annual meetings with '''''Combined Services Committee Minutes''''' documenting our progress. There were some organizational efforts by the newly created USA Rugby organization in 1974, but the efforts were in the hands of a civilian and only got off the ground when active duty ruggers became involved.
