Supposedly held in conjunction with the St Patrick's Day tournament in Savannah, Tom Nelson, with the support of Combined Services Committee member, East Coordinator, Lt. Marty Readon, USMC, sent a letter out to Parris Island (hosts), Camp Lejeune, Quantic, USUHS, Pensacola and Forts Stewart, Bragg, Benning to attend.
