In the Taiwan trip we had trip rules in effect. If you were outside, then you needed to wear a hat or pay the fine toward the beer for the party.
In the red, white and blue jersey to the left of Ed Hutsell is Marine Officer Paul "PJ" Blumberg (or possibly Blemberg).
