2021 Army Men 7s Portal
Moliki Mulitalo plays for all Army right now and has capped for American Samoa
In spite of beating all opponents, the title went to Navy, who beat Air Force in the final. The background is that the Army did not fund this team due to COVID concerns. The players paid their own way to compete and because they were not Army sanctioned, they were ineligible for the championship.
