Established in 1986 with the team colors of Navy and Scarlet, but dissolved in the fall of 1986 due to a ban on Navigators participating. Team members began playing with the Sacramento club and make notable contributions to that team.

Spring 1987 military members on the civilian team were Jeff Trout, Doug Wolf, Dave Rivera, Bill Willenbrink (TDY from AK), Gary Hollinger. A few pictures from the 1987 Sacramento Team

Team contact in the 1988 Combined Services Handbook was Jeff Trout.

In the 1989 edition added Paul Rutledge and David Rivera.

1990 Air Force Trials Dan Drummond and Chris Findall were from there
